In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial I will show you how to make a cool abstract yellow glowing background texture effect in just a few steps.

1.
First start with a white background layer then go to filter -> clouds

Now go to the layers panel and double click the layer and give it settings as shown in the image below.

Now go to filter -> sketch -> chrome to give it this effect.

4.
Go to image -> adjustments -> color balance and drag the handles to change some color and saturations if you want.

And you are done with this great fun glowing background texture in photoshop.
